We schedule appointments for exams, office visits, contact lens training and follow-up visits. Appointments are required to shop for new eyewear, eyewear repairs, adjustments or to pick-up orders.

Dr. Mintle is available for exams throughout the week by appointment.

The Optical department is open Monday through Friday. Appointments are required for shopping and picking up glasses, as well as adjustments! Call ahead and we can have your insurance benefits confirmed before you arrive.

For patients with insurance, payment for co-pays and deductibles are due at the time-of-service.

We offer a time-of-service discount for our patients without insurance.
